Well time is marching on and we are well on with maintenance of the Maverick. The secondary clutch has been re-built by our expert Can-Am technician Josh and he is just waiting for one part to finish off the primary clutch. This will allow the vehicle to be mobile again. In the meantime, both Tony and myself have been working on the electrics, removing redundant cables and fitting new cables and switches for the ancillary equipment we need to have with us, including a winch, extra lighting and cockpit power take off’s for navigational equipment. Its all a big learning curve that will be an advantage on the event if we run into problems
