So with the adventure growing into memories and all the shows are now finished, its time to get down to work! The vehicle is in need of some maintenance now so workshop space has been cleared and the strip down has begun. First off are the damaged brake and hub components that put us out of the event. The damage is clear now, with a sheared off calliper, bent disk, bent hub casting and destroyed wheel bearing
Next off are the rear suspension units, The right hand one had started to leak oil so it worth having them both serviced
While the suspension is away for service, it is time for a massive clean up. The Moroccan mud, sand and dust gets everywhere!
